Native Bread was birthed from a gluten-intolerant, carb-lover’s longing to have access to local, quality, gluten-free, artisan breads. After eyeing the crusty, rustic, artisan glutenous bread at the farmer’s market and leaving empty-handed one too many times, Hayley decided to take matters into her own hands. She didn’t just want them to be gluten-free, but free of the top allergens as well, including eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts and corn.She spent the next several months developing and testing recipes until she finally landed on top quality loaves that met her high standards. This was no easy task, but getting messy in the kitchen is Hayley’s favorite way to tap into her creativity and she loved every minute of it!

This bread is jam-packed with good-for-you whole grains, including sorghum, millet, brown rice and teff, as well as four different seeds: sesame, sunflower, flax and poppy. Each boule is formed by hand, creating a truly authentic artisan loaf of bread. Delicious served savory or sweet!
